U-PASS, an arm of The WakWay  Foundation, was created to support agriculture drone pilots as they go into the field of our Farmitude curriculum. We recognized the need for a dedicated organization to set and uphold standards of safety and professionalism in this vital field.

 

U-PASS was founded to help ag pilots achieve and maintain their FAA 137 drone requirements and state drone regulations, ensure safety through ongoing education, stay informed on the latest regulations and technology, and provide drone operation guidelines.
 

The mission is not only to ensure that every agricultural drone pilot operates safely and legally but also to promote the many benefits drones bring to farming. By enhancing precision, efficiency, and sustainability in crop management, drones help farmers reduce waste, optimize yields, and protect the environment.
